Stripes for Spring

While it isn’t exactly going to be sandal season any time soon, I couldn’t resist a chance to wear these Madewell D’Orsay flats. It has warmed up considerably so it isn’t that crazy to wear them from the house to the car.

And I will be wearing these to death this season because they are just that good.

Anyone watch How I Met Your Mother last night? It was the season finale and it was like the series came full circle. I was impressed that they had taped the scenes with the children back when they first filmed scenes with them. I guess I applaud the series for getting to go where they had planned all along.

It basically wrapped up how I guess all of us who are at the same points in our lives as the characters (which I am) in that we barely see our University friends and buddies from when we started out our careers. We all have families, live in different cities and it was a bit sad to watch.

Still my favourite moment was when Barney Stinson became a father. Neil Patrick Harris nailed it.

I also loved seeing all the actors from the first season in the closing credits. It is one of those shoes like Friends I will continue to watch in reruns for years.
