Christmas Outfit

Christmas outfit, tartan pants, leopard booties, green coatIf I let my hair go totally grey I bet someone would call this outfit eccentric. But for now lets just call it awesome pattern mixing shall we.

I got out all my Christmas colours for an outfit to talk around the Christmas Market in Toronto’s Distillery District.

toronto christmas marketI was actually surprised how busy it was already at 11 am, but this event is in it’s 3rd or 4th year now so it has gotten more popular than ever.

It is a great way to get out and really breath in some Christmas cheer. Even though I hate how busy it is, I love this event.

Christmas outfit ideas, red sweater, tartan pantsIf you want to wander around the Distiller District at this time of year without the crowds you need to go through the week or before everything opens if you want to go on the weekend. The setting is amazing for some family photos.

Toronto Christmas MarketWhile we were there my kids were loving the entertainment on the main stage. We stopped to watch the Ukranian dancing before we wandererd through the whole market. Then stopped again on our way out to watch Prince Charming read T’was the Night before Christmas.

We hit the distillery on Saturday afternoon with some friends but it was so crowded and so cold that my usually cheerful wee man cried the entire time! I love it though and it always puts me in the Christmas spirit! xo Emma http://strollingthecityinheels.com
