Soft Florals

how to wear floral pantsI swore I wasn’t going to buy any more trendy items, like another pair of floral pants. But then I was at Joe Fresh and these were on sale for $15. And so I tried them on expecting that they wouldn’t fit well and I would put them back on the shelf.

The opposite was true. These floral jeans, which really aren’t jeans at all are super soft and really comfortable. So much so that I have been living in them almost constantly since I bought them.

how to wear floral jeansOf all the floral jeans and pants I have tried on this spring the ones that I have found most flattering on me have a dark background. Anything in a light wash denim or with a white background just hasn’t worked. It is also a function of fit, and these pants because they aren’t a traditional denim are super forgiving.

Love the print. They just don’t make them for tall people!

Hey I love that jacket and was hoping to buy one. I was wondering if you minded telling me what size you ended up with as I am similar in size. Does it fit big or small? Thanks so much, love this blog, wish we had more clothing choices in Victoria, BC.

I have a large because I was worried about it pulling across the chest. It is a bit loose but comfortable and as you can see from the pictures isn’t the 90′s style oversized jacket. If you want a more snug/shrunken fit I would go with a medium. It is a fairly light weight fabric so it is good for layering.
      Hope that helps!
