Chunky Grey Cocoon Sweater at the Zoo

One of the places my daughter and I love to hang out is at the Zoo. It’s great exercise for both of us to wander around looking at all the animals. We like to go first thing in the morning which means it is  bit cool these days.

Still it wasn’t so cold as to be bundled in jackets and scarves. I saw a few people bundled up and I always ask myself how these people survive actual winter (think -40) if they are cold at 16 degrees??

Still it was a great day at the Zoo. It was overcast so it was fairly quiet, but all the animls were out in the open unlike in the summer when they are hiding from the heat.

We even saw the cheetah up close. The cheetah tends to be elusive, but today it was eyeing us up, probably for snack time.

Of course I dressed casually for lots of walking. We tend to stay there for a few hours so I did end up peeling off the sweater layer after pushing the stroller for a while.
